Introduction of luggage home pickup service:

1. Online reservation for luggage home pickup service only delivers to the Pelican departure service counter at Taoyuan International Airport or Taipei Songshan Airport.
2. If you book an luggage home pickup service before 18:00 on the same day, the driver will pick up your luggage along with the delivery fee the following day. Please book at least three days before your departure date (four days for the Hualien region).
3. Size restrictions of luggage service: For luggage over 181cm (sum of length + width + height) or 31kg, please call 0800-043-043 (from a landline) for assistance.
4. On the day of pickup, the SD will contact the customer about the pickup time, please pack your luggage in advance.
5. The luggage home pickup service does not apply to monthly contract customers, airline promotional packages, or refrigerated home delivery services.
6. In the event of a natural disaster or force majeure that disrupts the home pickup service, the pickup date booked online will be automatically postponed. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Join Pelican's membership program to receive exclusive bonus points that can be used to redeem gifts.
8. If you need to change the luggage home pickup service booking details after 6:00 pm that day, please call the Pelican customer service at 02-6618-1818.

1. Please book the overseas luggage home pickup service at least three days before your departure date.
2. Please collect your luggage at the airport within three days of the pickup date, an additional NT$160/luggage will be charged per day from the fourth day.
3. The luggage will be delivered to the Pelican service counter at the Taoyuan International Airport or Taipei Songshan Airport at least two hours before the departure time.
