Introduction of luggage home pickup service:
  1. If you would like to ship your luggage to the Airport beforehand, please book an overseas luggage home pickup service by 18:00, four days prior to your departure date. Our driver will pick up your luggage and collect the delivery fee the following day.
  2. On the day of pickup, our driver will contact you to confirm the pickup time. Please make sure your luggage is packed in advance.
  3. Since our drivers are unavailable on Sundays, if you would like to receive your luggage on Wednesday, please book the home pickup service by Saturday.
  4. Online reservations for overseas luggage home pickup service are limited to the following Pelican counters: Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 1 (Departure), Terminal 2 (Arrival), and Taipei Songshan Airport.
  5. Luggage size restriction : For luggage exceeding 181cm in total dimensions (sum of length + width + height) or 31kg, please call 0800-043-043 (landline only) for assistance.
  6. The overseas luggage home pickup service does not apply to monthly contract customers, airline promotional packages, or refrigerated home delivery services.
  7. In the event of a natural disaster or force majeure that disrupts the home pickup service, your scheduled pickup date will be automatically postponed. Thank you for your understanding.

  9. If you need to make changes to the overseas luggage home pickup service booking details after 6pm on the same day, please call the Pelican customer service at 02-6618-1818.

Note:
  1. If you would like to ship your luggage to the Airport beforehand, please book an overseas luggage home pickup service by 18:00, four days prior to your departure date.
  2. Please collect your luggage at the airport within three days of the pickup date, an additional NT$160/luggage will be charged per day from the fourth day.
  3. The luggage will be delivered to the Pelican service counter at the Taoyuan International Airport or Taipei Songshan Airport at least two hours before the departure time.
