  • Reservations for arrival luggage tag printing service can only be made at Pelican printers in Taoyuan Airport, Taiwan. Travelers should hand the delivery form and luggage to Pelican counter personnel, and settle the freight in New Taiwan Dollars on-site.
  • Foreign travelers must select the delivery date in Taiwan for Arrival Luggage tag printing service. If the printed delivery form is not used on the day of the delivery, this delivery form will become invalid immediately, and will need to be handed back to Pelican counter personnel.
